Delivery Information

Our products are delivered by either by our own employees or an external courier.

All orders received on a working day will be processed and shipped that day for delivery or the next working day.

Orders received on a non-working day, will be processed and shipped on the next working day for delivery or the working day following this.

So, most of our products will be delivered within 48 hours of being made. Within the limit of Mumbai city and its nearby area Thane, Navi Mumbai & Palghar.

Orders for rental products, clean and repair services, or products which require customisation will take longer, please get on touch to discuss your specific requirements.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Hohocare Services Pvt. Ltd. values its customers and is dedicated to bringing you a convenient, reliable and secure shopping experience for all your Sleep Apnea needs.

· To better engage with our customers and help to avoid having to return an item, we offer contact options to help you choose the right sizes and features of all items prior to purchase. Our phone support as well as our detailed product help to make knowledgeable decisions and avoid returns. Before purchasing, if you have any questions about the products in your cart, we recommend that you contact us via landline, mobile no. before the order ships.

· Medical Equipment’s machines are covered on all parts and labour for 2 to 5 years, depending on the manufacturer.  In the case of machines, the manufacturer makes the decision about repair or replacement if the item is under warranty. If the machine is no longer under warranty, and is not functioning properly, we may be able to send it to the manufacturer for repair. The manufacturer will charge a Diagnostic Fee, which may or may not be applied to the actual repair cost.  We recommend you call us to discuss this option before sending the machine back to us.

· CPAP/BiPAP Machines, Nebulizer Machines, Pulse Oximeters, CPAP Batteries, Headgear, Tubing,  Pad-A-Cheek products, CPAP cases/travel bags, CPAP pillows, mask parts, Oxygen Concentrators, and all cleaning supplies are not returnable once they have been opened or used.

· Accessories are not covered under Return Policies.

· Hohocare Service Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to extend the risk-free period to anyone we judge to be abusing it.   Please contact Hohocare Service Pvt. Ltd. by phone, online chat or email before returning an item so a return authorization can be issued.


Defective Product?

If the product is defective within the warranty period and you have the original packing, contact us and we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA number).  We will communicate with the manufacturer on your behalf to have the item fixed or replaced with the exact or like item under the warranty policy. Shipping cost associated to return merchandise to Hohocare Services Pvt. Ltd. is not covered in any warranty situation.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your Purchased Machines.


Returning an unwanted item?

Non-defective and unopened/unused Machines, Parts, and Batteries must be returned with their original packaging within 05 days of the shipping date in order to receive a refund, less the original shipping costs.
